Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing All Smiles Dental of Ada. Our primary mission is to give you the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for you as possible by offering several payment options. Please remember that your dental insurance is your responsibility. Regardless of what we might calculate as your dental benefit in dollars, we must stress the fact that you, the patient, are responsible for the total treatment fee. As a courtesy to you, we can accept assignment of benefit payments from most insurance companies. This will reduce your immediate out-of-pocket expenditures. The insurance estimate is based on limited information obtained from your insurance company. We allow 45 days for your insurance company to make a payment. After this time all inquiries (follow up) on payments due become your responsibility. However in order for us to accept assignment of benefit we must have a credit card on file for you to pay off any remaining balances that you might have after your insurance has paid.

Payment Options

You can choose from:

• Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
• Healthcare financing through AdvanceCare Dental and CareCredit– No interest plans available for full payment only.

We offer a 5% courtesy accounting fee reduction to patients who pay for their treatment in full with cash or check prior to beginning of care for treatment plans of $1000 or more and accept assignment of their insurance (This option is available for comprehensive care only and does not include cosmetic procedures such as Veneers, Orthodontics, Invisalign, Implants, etc.).

Please note:

All Smiles Dental of Ada requires payment prior to the beginning of your treatment. For plans requiring multiple appointments, alternative payment arrangements may be provided.

If you have dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement of your treatment.

Treatment plans fees are honored for 90 days from the date the comprehensive exam was complete. After that time, the fees are subject to adjustments.

A fee of $85 is charged for patients who miss or cancel an appointment more than one time in a calendar year without 48-hour notice. This will have to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. If too many appointments are missed a patient may be dismissed from the practice.

All Smiles Dental of Ada charges $35 for returned checks.
